The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Manager to drive and oversee revenue performance across 5 of our London properties. This role is responsible for leading revenue strategy and performance across a regional portfolio, ensuring pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability.

We would love you to have:
Strong multi property revenue management experience Expertise with revenue systems and analytical tools In depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy Experience working with IDeaS, Opera Cloud PMS, and channel management platforms Strong communication and relationship building skills A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance Experience using BI tools to deliver insights A solid revenue management background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Lead total revenue performance for a regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, and demand modelling to maximise revenue and profitability Strengthen market share performance through strategic competitive analysis and positioning Use BI tools to create clear, actionable insights for commercial decision making Ensure rate and inventory optimisation across all channels Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Guide and support a team of Regional Revenue Managers, enabling them to deliver best in class performance
