Join the Revenue Operations team at NetApp!
As a Regional Revenue Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving a well-defined, predictable rhythm of the business that delivers excellence in go-to-market (GTM) execution. You will:
- Partner with Sales leaders to secure current-quarter business and build for future growth
- Drive sales growth initiatives by aligning functional stakeholders
- Engage with our Direct Sellers, Partner Sales, and Services Sales communities
Job Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Operationalize best-in-class business rhythm with Sales leaders through regular cadence and rigor for pipeline management and business reviews, acting as a point of contact for critical engagements (e.g., forecasting reviews, QBRs, Plan to Achieve).
- Partner with Sales leaders on proactive business and pipeline inspections, improving forecast accuracy and linearity.
- Owner of regional Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Planning processes, from territory planning through goal setting—closing gaps through growth initiatives.
- Drive local sales rep performance reviews, contributing high-value insights.
- Instill sales process discipline while holding managers accountable to excellence in execution and quality/accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing to align sales with overall business objectives.

The salary will be determined by your location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final packages are competitive, in-line with industry standards, and include:
