Regional Safety Business Partner – Impact Food Group

Where Are You?

Thames Valley / Surrey / West London Area

About Impact Food Group

At Impact Food Group, we’re more than just a school caterer. We’re on a mission to create a positive food culture and help more students enjoy healthier, better-quality food. Making a positive social impact is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re one of England’s fastest-growing school food providers, serving around one million students daily across over 1,500 schools. We deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that support student wellbeing and enjoyment.

The Regional Safety Business Partners are instrumental in ensuring our meals are produced safely while ensuring our colleagues go home safely every day. We’re seeking an experienced safety professional who loves building relationships, solving problems, and fostering positive change.

Guided by our values: integrity, bold, impactful, humble, and community, you’ll help shape a workplace and culture we can all be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Assurance

  • Conduct high-risk audits, compliance inspections, and site visits using a risk-based approach.
  • Lead investigations into food safety, health & safety, and allergen incidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions.
  • Carry out risk assessments and provide practical, proportionate solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
