About Boutinot

At Boutinot, wine is at the heart of everything we do. Since 1980, we’ve been building long-term partnerships with producers around the world to source, create and supply exceptional wines to independent wine merchants, the hospitality sector and major retailers across the UK.

Today, we’re one of the UK’s leading wine companies, combining our own award-winning production with an extensive portfolio from some of the world’s most respected wine regions. Our reputation has been built on expertise, quality, integrity and lasting relationships.

We’re proud of our collaborative and supportive culture, where people are encouraged to learn, share ideas and develop their careers. Whether you’re already working in wine or looking to build your knowledge, you’ll be joining a business that’s passionate about its people as well as its products.

The Job Role

At Boutinot, we believe in helping our customers sell the wines their customers want to drink. That means understanding their business, listening to what they need and recommending wines that will work for their customers — not simply selling products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
