We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to help grow Erborian in the UK.
About the Role
The Regional Sales and Education Manager should have a passion for the beauty industry and to increase brand awareness. They will have excellent communication and organizational skills and can take initiative with a firsthand approach.
The Regional Sales and Education Manager is responsible for progressing retail sales in key stores, delivery of the education programs, creating theatre in retail stores through pop up eventing and sites, and supporting with the day-to-day operations, balancing both sales delivery and education experience. This new role plays a pivotal part in building engagement with internal and external retail teams to increase brand awareness.
Note: This role involves significant travel up to 4 days per week. Candidate will require a driver's license.
What Will You Do?
You will work closely with the Erborian team to ensure store excellence is seamlessly executed, ensuring all departments are on board. Examples of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales & Education
- Deliver inspiring education programmes and coaching that drive brand performance across key retail partners including Space NK, Boots, Selfridges, John Lewis, and Harrods.
- Coach retail teams on customer service, selling skills, and product knowledge through regular store visits.
- Drive sell-out performance by identifying opportunities and implementing tailored action plans for individual stores and accounts.
- Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and regional performance, providing insights and recommendations to the wider business.
- Support new store openings, retailer events, and key brand activations across the region.
- Partner with the Head of Sales to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

Operations
- Plan and prioritize regional store visits, building strong relationships with key retail stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation, visual merchandising, stock availability, and operational standards across all stores.
- Maintain high standards of education, visual merchandising, and brand execution across retail partners.
- Prepare performance reports and conduct regular business reviews with the Head of Sales.
- Support product launches, pop-up events, and key retail calendar moments.
- Share regional opportunities, stock concerns, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the wider business.
Commercial
- Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to develop and execute local growth strategies that increase traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to provide valuable commercial insights.
- Support the delivery of retailer sales targets and budgets in partnership with the Head of Sales.
- Manage local opportunities, activations, and associated spend, ensuring strong ROI and budget control.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver effective sampling and promotional campaigns.
- Evaluate the impact of training, events, and activations on sales performance and make recommendations for future growth.
The Perfect Candidate:
- +5-7 years experience in the Beauty industry
- Experience in a similar Sales and education roles
- Knowledge of key bricks and mortar retailers.
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs and evidence of successful activations.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, communicates confidently and effectively.
- Proof of Strong coaching skills to drive performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Financial acumen, used to working with budgets and understands P&L, confidence interpreting sales data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Develops brand and product awareness to improve service.
- Driving opportunity to develop and implement business plans at a local level
