Sales Representative (UK Territory)

Location: UK (Hybrid) Calibration: AI Governance & Control

At Harmonic Security, we power safe, intelligent AI adoption across enterprises. Our AI Governance and Control (AIGC) platform gives security teams real-time visibility and control over AI-driven workflows, enabling faster innovation with minimal risk. We’re building foundational infrastructure at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity—protecting sensitive data while empowering teams to work seamlessly.

Named to the Rising in Cyber 2026 list, we’re a fast-grown startup led by experts with deep cybersecurity roots—backed by N47, Ten Eleven Ventures, and In-Q-Tel. This is more than a job: it’s an opportunity to shape an emerging category, define market standards, and help enterprises securely embrace AI at scale.

We’re AI-First by design—everyone at Harmonic uses AI to innovate faster. Whether refining python notebooks, personalising playbooks, or brainstorming strategic moves, we automate the tedious to focus on high-impact outcomes. We expect all hires to embrace AI curiosity and a willingness to adopt new tools.

About the Team

Our Sales team is in its early stages, building a repeatable go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative group driving pioneering account growth, shaping sales motion, andowning every stage of the customer journey—from prospects to closed deals. This is a role for builders, who ask not just what but how, and step in when owners falter.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth across the UK, building out a territory and influencing Harmonic’s sales approach as it scales. This will be a quota-carrying role, engaging in full-cycle selling: prospecting, relationship-building, demos, negotiation, and closing—while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine our market position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
