Regional Sales Director - Insurance Broking

Yorkshire | Hybrid

£90,000 - £130,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Excellent Bonus & Benefits

Are you an experienced Commercial Account Executive looking to take the next step into leadership? Or perhaps you're already managing a successful team and looking for a fresh challenge with greater influence?

I'm delighted to be working with a well-established insurance broker looking to appoint a Sales Director to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of its Yorkshire operation.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded Regional Managing Director, helping to shape the sales strategy across three regional offices while leading and developing a team of Account Executives with varying levels of experience.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll continue to manage your own established portfolio of commercial clients, generating approximately £200,000 in income, giving you the opportunity to remain client-facing while influencing the wider direction of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
