Regional Sales Director, North America (Relocation Opportunity)

Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid/on-site)

Teem are the leading headhunting firm for some of the fastest growing SaaS scale-ups globally.

We have helped the likes of Snowflake, Chainguard, Sana, Profound and many more build their GTM teams.

Our North America HQ in Toronto opened in 2022 and now accounts for half our global revenue. After achieving 155% last financial year, this is a unique opportunity to inherit an established team of Senior Consultants.

We are looking for an experienced UK based leader who is open to relocating, to inherit this $2.5m business (easy Visa process).

The Role:

Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you'll lead a team of consultants with responsibility for performance, coaching, forecasting, client development, and overall execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and developing a high-performance team culture Driving accountability through structured planning, pipeline reviews, and clear expectations Deepening strategic client relationships and identifying commercial growth opportunities Partnering with our training function to develop the next generation of leaders

About You:

Existing recruitment or sales leadership experience within a B2B environment Strong track record of developing consultants and improving performance Organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Commercially minded and effective managing strategic relationships Motivated by helping others succeed.

Nice to have:

Experience in GTM SaaS Recruitment
