The UK market is our #1 region in Europe and strategically critical to our ongoing success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow our UK sales organization (Team of 5 RSMs/SEs/CSM), driving a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Drive regional pipeline growth, achieve ARR subscription growth targets, and strategic account expansion.
  • Build strong executive relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
  • Lead accurate forecasting and business planning across the region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact.
  • Expand and strengthen strategic partner engagement across the territory.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent while leading by example.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including regional sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving business growth.
  • Experience selling enterprise cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong experience working with strategic partners and channel ecosystems.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution capabilities.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

  • Experience in cloud security, compliance, or network security solutions.
  • Relationships with strategic partners such as Cisco, Optiv, NTT, or Presidio.
  • Spanish fluency
