As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking for a Regional Sales Director, UK to lead strategic growth across the region, drive business impact, and develop strong customer and partner relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow our UK sales organization (Team of 5 RSMs/SEs/CSM), driving a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
- Drive regional pipeline growth, achieve ARR subscription growth targets, and strategic account expansion.
- Build strong executive relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Lead accurate forecasting and business planning across the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact.
- Expand and strengthen strategic partner engagement across the territory.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent while leading by example.
