One of Europe's leading manufacturers of renewable energy products. We supply homes with heat pump products that provide domestic hot water and ensure a comfortable indoor climate. Heat pumps range includes, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Exhaust Air Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal Panels. We offer high tech heat pump solutions for heating, ventilation, cooling and heat recovery that reflect today's demand for sustainable construction.
The Role
This role will be responsible for creating demand for our market leading ranges of Ground Source, Air Source and Exhaust Air Heat Pumps within the designated sales territory. The person will be responsible for gaining product specifications within the defined customer segments, cultivating long term relationships and a broad network of contacts. The successful candidate will actively manage projects through the specification and tender process to fulfilment.

The role will cover the south East region from Cambridge down to the South Coast and across to Reading.
What will you do?
- Sell and specify heat pump products and associated accessories within the building services / heating sectors.
- Manage and grow existing accounts and drive new business through agreed channels.
- Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of specified projects.
- Proactively target clients and projects within the defined customer segments
- Respond to and provide proposals for project enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and set KPIs.
- Maintain comprehensive records within the company CRM system.
- Carrying out CPD presentations and attend exhibitions when required.
- Comply fully with all EH&S, Code of Ethics and Business Practises.

What will you bring?
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role.
- Competent understanding of HVAC systems with a focus on heat pumps
- Knowledge of building and funding legislation
- Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors.
- A demonstrable record of business development and sales success
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages.
- Full UK Driving Licence
