Compensation
£33,598 + Uncapped Bonus | Company Car | Home-Based Contract

At Country Choice, we're looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Executive to grow our customer base, strengthen existing partnerships, and help independent retailers unlock exciting new opportunities.

What you'll be doing
- Growing sales across an established customer portfolio
- Identifying and securing profitable new business opportunities
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with customers
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding customer experiences
- Managing your territory to maximise sales and profitability
- Using commercial insight and financial data to identify growth opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver the very best solutions for customers

About you
- Has a proven track record in field sales and consistently delivers results
- Enjoys winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Understands the convenience retail market
- Has strong commercial awareness and can confidently interpret sales and financial data
- Is highly organised, self-motivated and thrives working independently
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Loves building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
