REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE - BRENTWOOD

GTAccess is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and results-focused Regional Sales Executive to join our team based at our Brentwood Depot.

Operating one of the most modern powered access hire fleets in the UK, GTAccess is the largest privately owned access company in the country, delivering market-leading hire, sales, training, and servicing solutions.

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a driven sales professional who can identify new opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and support the ongoing expansion of our presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Promote the full range of GTAccess services, including hire, sales, training, and servicing solutions.
  • Generate and follow up sales leads to maximise business growth.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with depot and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project delivery.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers through site visits, meetings, and networking activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts within the CRM system.

About You

  • Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to winning new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Highly organised with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
  • Knowledge of the powered access, plant hire, construction, or related sectors would be advantageous.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
