Regional Sales Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 basic + car, bonus and other benefits
Location: Positions for North & South UK
Sector: HVAC / Engineering / Manufacturing
An established and growing HVAC solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the South of the UK.
This is a strategic, field-based role suited to a commercially driven sales professional who understands how to win, develop, and retain business within the HVAC or wider building services sector.
You will take ownership of your region, working with both existing accounts and new prospects to deliver tailored climate solutions across commercial and industrial applications.
The Role
- Own and deliver sales performance across your designated UK region.
- Develop strong relationships with end users, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and develop tailored HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present high-quality, commercially robust proposals.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure technical accuracy, feasibility, and smooth delivery.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract award and handover.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting via CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in technical sales within HVAC, building services, or a related engineering sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close profitable business.
- Experience managing a sales territory and delivering against targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience selling into commercial or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, process cooling, or ventilation solutions.
- Background in service sales or long-term account development.
