Regional Sales Manager

Field Sales Role – Specialist Circuit Protection Products (Northern UK)

About the Role

Commercial Area Sales Manager opportunity to develop and grow business across the northern half of the UK. This consultative sales role focuses on selling high-quality circuit protection products to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

You’ll collaborate closely with Electrical Design Engineers to secure project-led opportunities across key sectors, including:

  • Automotive
  • Rail
  • Telecoms
  • Factory machinery
  • Off-highway vehicles

Developments range from thousands of pounds to multi-million-pound programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Sell specialist circuit protection products to OEMs with a deep technical understanding of electrical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Lead high-value project sales, delivering consultative expertise at the design stage.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within a defined geographical territory.
  • Promote the quality, innovation, and technical support of the global manufacturer’s product offering.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience selling industrial electrical, electronic, or automation products to OEMs at the design level.
  • A background working with a manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler.
  • A proactive selling mindset, with strong relationship-building and project sales skills.
  • A full UK driving licence (essential for mobility across the territory).
