Regional Sales Manager
Industrial Equipment Midlands UK based (remote) £50K+, bonus, company car
Our client, a market leader in its field, delivers solutions that help businesses create a far safer work place environment.
The Role:
- Manage and grow market share across a designated Midlands territory, driving new business development and proactively managing existing accounts
- Develop and establish relationships with End Users, Mechanical Consultants, M&E Contractors, and Main Contractors to increase enquiries and secure project opportunities
- Undertake site surveys, compile technical reports, and design airflow and pressure systems.
- Obtain specifications, provide detailed project quotations with accurate cost analysis to maintain margins, and complete tender documentation for large installation projects
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer buying processes, and deliver monthly sales pipeline updates and long-term forecasts

The Candidate:
- Field sales experience of capital equipment within industrial and commercial sectors preferred; experience providing extraction solutions is highly desirable
- Strong technical competency with the ability to provide bespoke customer solutions and think outside of the box when creating a solution
- Proven ability to manage a geographical area, achieve visits/sales KPIs, and navigate complex project buying processes
- Knowledge of HSE guidelines and ATEX legislation
- Understanding of CAD drawings, electrical systems, control systems, pneumatic systems, PLC, and inverter drive systems
- Degree or College education in a technical or business discipline; full clean driving licence and a willingness to travel
