Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager – CPM representing Lucozade Ribena Suntory
About the Role
Thirsty for a change? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead an award-winning field sales team covering Scotland and the North, working for CPM on behalf of Lucozade Ribena Suntory.
Package: £36,558.08 per annum + 10% annual bonus + company car Ideal Location: Leeds, UK (LS1)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Team Leadership: Managing a team of up to 12 Sales Executives, covering independent and food service retailers.
- Strategy & Development: Setting vision and strategy, including training, development, retention, and motivation of the team.
- Commercial Acumen: Managing budgets and costs while delivering exceptional results for the client.
- Day-to-Day Duties:
- Leading the talent programme, sourcing regional recruitment, reducing churn, and nurturing the top talent.
- Team management (performance management, progress tracking).
- Providing senior support to the National Sales Manager.
- Driving sales targets and KPIs.
- Organising regional meetings and effective internal communications.
- Analysing sales data to identify commercial opportunities and trends.

Person Specification
You’d thrive in this role if you:

- Excel as a people manager, adapting your management style to support both individuals and the team.
- Have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations and driving sales growth.
- Are commercially astute, skilled in managing budgets, costs, and targets.
- Love innovative problem-solving, thinking outside the box.
- Are passionate about personal and team development.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a sales team, ideally at area level.
- Familiarity with retail/FMCG environments is advantageous.
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
