Regional Sales Manager

Fieldpiece Regional Sales Manager (Northern England, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland)


About the Role

Fieldpiece is seeking a driven, strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and commercial execution across:

  • Northern England
  • Scotland
  • Ireland
  • Northern Ireland

You’ll find, develop, and manage a distributor network to sell Fieldpiece’s HVACR-centric products, including rugged meters, manifolds, and leak detectors.

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Execute a structured sales process, including:
    • Lead follow-up
    • Opportunity prioritisation
    • Relationship management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through:
    • Prospecting
    • Networking
    • Market development
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding efficiently to inquiries.
  • Demonstrate and communicate expertise on Fieldpiece’s product portfolio.
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide market insights to shape business strategy.
  • Use CRM tools to track:
    • Sales pipelines
    • Activity levels
    • Regular reporting
  • Represent Fieldpiece at:
    • Trade shows
    • Product demonstrations
    • Industry conferences
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experiences.

Candidate Requirements

apply if you have:

✔ 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally:

  • HVACR equipment
  • Technical products (e.g., tools, instruments)
  • Distributor relationships
  • Business development

✔ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment.

    • Including 2 overnight trips per week.

    • Greater Manchester
    • West Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield)
    • Tyneside (Newcastle/Sunderland)
    • Scotland (Glasgow/Edinburgh)
