Regional Sales Manager
Fieldpiece Regional Sales Manager (Northern England, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland)
About the Role
Fieldpiece is seeking a driven, strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and commercial execution across:
- Northern England
- Scotland
- Ireland
- Northern Ireland
You’ll find, develop, and manage a distributor network to sell Fieldpiece’s HVACR-centric products, including rugged meters, manifolds, and leak detectors.

- Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase sales and market penetration.
- Execute a structured sales process, including:
- Lead follow-up
- Opportunity prioritisation
- Relationship management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through:
- Prospecting
- Networking
- Market development
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding efficiently to inquiries.
- Demonstrate and communicate expertise on Fieldpiece’s product portfolio.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide market insights to shape business strategy.
- Use CRM tools to track:
- Sales pipelines
- Activity levels
- Regular reporting
- Represent Fieldpiece at:
- Trade shows
- Product demonstrations
- Industry conferences
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experiences.
Candidate Requirements
apply if you have:
✔ 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally:
- HVACR equipment
- Technical products (e.g., tools, instruments)
- Distributor relationships
- Business development
✔ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment.

- Travel 4 days/week
- Including 2 overnight trips per week.
- Live in one of the following regions:
- Greater Manchester
- West Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield)
- Tyneside (Newcastle/Sunderland)
- Scotland (Glasgow/Edinburgh)
