Regional Sales Manager – UK & Ireland

Location: United Kingdom and Ireland

Experience: 8–12 years

About the Company

Nevejewels is a diamond factory focused on serving the jewellery and diamond market with quality-led products and dependable commercial execution. The company is building a stronger regional presence by connecting its capabilities with customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Its work sits at the intersection of manufacturing, product quality, customer relationships, and market growth. The team values ownership, commercial discipline, and close coordination between customer needs and factory delivery. This is an opportunity to join a business where regional sales directly shape market access, account strength, and long-term revenue performance. Nevejewels offers a setting for leaders who want to influence how a diamond business develops across an important international region, while working closely with internal teams to turn customer demand into sustainable commercial outcomes.

About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland, you will own commercial growth across the territory, strengthening customer relationships and converting market opportunities into predictable revenue. You will shape regional account strategy, develop high-value jewellery and diamond relationships, and coordinate with the factory and internal stakeholders to deliver reliably against customer expectations. The role requires a balance of field-led selling, pipeline discipline, negotiation, forecasting, and market insight. You will tackle the challenge of expanding regional presence while protecting margin, service quality, and long-term account value. Based across the United Kingdom and Ireland in a hybrid setup, you will combine customer-facing activity with focused internal planning. The role offers competitive compensation and meaningful ownership of an important growth region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the UK and Ireland sales plan, translating regional opportunity into clear account priorities, pipeline coverage, and revenue outcomes that strengthen Nevejewels’ market position.
  • Build and expand strategic relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and other relevant buyers, increasing account value through trusted, consultative engagement.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, order conversion, and account development, improving win rates and sustaining profitable growth.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and territory reviews through disciplined CRM and pipeline management, giving leadership clear visibility into demand, risks, and commercial decisions.
  • Partner with factory, operations, and customer-facing teams to align product availability, quality expectations, delivery commitments, and service outcomes with regional customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing signals, and customer trends across the territory, converting market intelligence into sharper positioning, offers, and regional growth actions.
  • Protect commercial quality through structured negotiations, margin awareness, and account planning, ensuring revenue growth supports durable customer relationships and business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
