Location: The South
Salary: £45,000 + company + commission
Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for coaching people to perform at their very best? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading brand in the home improvement sector and take ownership of a high-performing field sales team across the Midlands.
Our client is an established and fast-growing name in their industry, recognised for premium-quality products and an innovative customer experience. As they continue to scale their sales network, they are looking for a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to recruit, coach, develop, and drive a growing team of field-based Sales Surveyors.
This is a hands-on, field-first leadership role. You will spend four days per week out with your team, embedding a high-performance sales culture and owning your region and numbers end to end.
The Role
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Building and driving performance across a regional team of Sales Surveyors (growing to circa 10 heads).
- Embedding a structured, best-practice sales process and holding your team accountable to clear KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive conversion rates and average selling price across your region through effective KPI monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and Operations Manager to identify improvement areas and design targeted training packages.
- Take full ownership of your teams, every surveyor, every appointment, every result.
- Monitor, analyse, and act on sales data to improve both individual and team performance.
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate:
- Business updates
- Sales targets
- Process changes
- Ensuring full buy-in and adoption.

Coaching, Support & Training
- Play an integral role in the onboarding of new Sales Surveyors, setting them up for success from day one.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality in-field coaching and support across your team.
- Design and coordinate regular, focused sales training packages that sharpen skills and drive performance.
- Uphold and embed brand standards and operational best practices across the region.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and internal teams to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with:
- Franchise partners
- Installation teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for your field sales team, providing:
- Clear direction
- Support
- Escalation management.

- Identify and address underperformance quickly and decisively using structured performance management processes where required.

- A commercial mindset with the ability to:

- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to:

- Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays as required by the role.
