Regional Sales Manager

Are you a confident relationship builder with a commercial mindset and a passion for driving sales performance?

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team in a field-based role across Sussex and Kent. In this position, you’ll act as the key point of contact for retailers, driving financial services performance and influencing results across your region. You’ll play a vital role in maximising finance penetration, strengthening partnerships, and delivering against ambitious targets.

What you’ll be doing

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of your territory and be responsible for:

  • Driving new and used vehicle finance performance across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Managing retailer relationships and acting as the lead contact for vehicle finance.
  • Delivering against sales targets, profitability goals, and performance objectives.
  • Negotiating and overseeing annual retailer agreements and commitments.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews with retailer leadership teams and implementing action plans.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve underperforming retailers and driving measurable improvements.
  • Promoting finance, insurance, and mobility products to maximise revenue streams.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for wholesale lending and quality-related matters.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance retailer performance and customer outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong communication, reporting, and visit planning to support effective territory management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
