Regional Sales Manager – UK, Ireland & Nordics

Location: Hybrid (UK-based, with regular travel across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Commercial Director

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial success, operational excellence, and people performance across our UK, Ireland, and Nordic showroom network.

This role is responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring every showroom delivers an exceptional luxury customer experience. Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider business functions, you will help execute our retail strategy, improve profitability, and support the continued growth of Neve Jewels. Regular travel across the region is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Own regional sales performance, profitability, and operational KPIs
  • Deliver revenue growth, conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), appointment conversion, and margin targets
  • Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with company objectives
  • Drive clienteling initiatives to increase repeat business and customer lifetime value
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trading activity

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and Store Managers
  • Conduct regular store visits, leadership coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Build succession plans and develop future retail leaders
  • Drive accountability through clear objectives and performance management
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
  • Lead teams through periods of growth and business transformation

Customer Experience

  • Champion a luxury customer journey across every showroom
  • Ensure brand standards and service expectations are consistently achieved
  • Use customer feedback to improve satisfaction and engagement
  • Support exceptional appointment-based customer experiences
  • Work with Learning & Development teams to enhance selling capability and service excellence

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure stores operate in line with company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Maintain high standards of stock management, security, and loss prevention
  • Monitor operational KPIs, audits, and showroom standards
  • Support showroom openings, relocations, and expansion projects
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the luxury positioning of our brands

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as the link between retail operations and Head Office functions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Services, Finance, Technology, and People teams
  • Provide commercial insight and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency

About You

You will be an experienced retail leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for developing people.

You will have:

  • Significant multi-site retail leadership experience within luxury, premium retail, or jewellery
  • Proven experience managing multiple Store Managers across a regional portfolio
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
  • A track record of improving sales performance and operational standards
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills
  • Experience leading teams through growth and change
  • The ability to analyse commercial data and translate insight into action
  • A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets

Desirable Experience

  • Luxury jewellery or high-value consultative retail experience
  • International retail experience
  • CRM, appointment-based retail, and clienteling strategies
  • Experience supporting new store openings and market expansion
