About the Role
This highly successful company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to join at top-end of the business. This is an important role within the company.
This business specialises within the civils sector therefore the ideal candidate will have experience of civils products but if you have transferable sales skills which are relevant from another sector in the construction supply world then you may well be considered.
The business has an enviable range of products sold into the builders merchants world and the construction sector itself. This in itself gives you a multiple channels in which to generate business but a big part of the role is also keeping the existing ledger of customers happy. They have become accustomed to really good service and this must be maintained.

Responsibilities
- Key Account Management with a great current ledger
- New Business Development with multiple channels sold through
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Providing stellar service to clients
Requirements
- Builder's Merchant's / Construction Supply experience required
- Sales Experience required
- Demonstrable experience in the construction supplies sector
- Confidence in talking to people, understanding their needs, and acting on this
- Attention to detail
