This is a full-time on-site role based in South Leicester & Northamptonshire for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with partners, driving sales growth, and achieving regional targets. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting a portfolio of introducers
- Developing new business opportunities
- Analyzing market trends
- Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and ensure partner satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in the automotive finance industry or a related field is a significant advantage
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales management software
- Effective problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
