Regional Sales Manager – CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems)

Help Shape the Future of ENVEA

Are you an ambitious technical sales professional with a passion for developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering innovative environmental solutions?

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – CEMS to drive sustainable sales growth and increase market share across your designated territory. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading organisation at the forefront of environmental monitoring, helping industrial customers meet increasingly demanding regulatory and operational requirements.

You'll combine strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement, identifying opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and delivering tailored Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) solutions that create long-term value for both our customers and the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Director – Northern Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales strategy that delivers sustainable revenue growth while strengthening our market presence.

Working closely with colleagues across sales, technical support, marketing, operations, and product management, you will build trusted partnerships with customers and become their preferred advisor for emissions monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Generate new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
  • Understand customer operations, compliance challenges, and commercial drivers to recommend value-based technical solutions.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution-based sales meetings.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting through CRM and ERP systems.
  • Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity to support business growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Technical Support, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns that drive market awareness and lead generation.
  • Deliver best-in-class account management focused on long-term customer success and retention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
