As the demand for energy independence accelerates worldwide, we are expanding our international sales team and looking for entrepreneurial, results-driven sales professionals to help us grow in key markets.

What You'll Do
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will own and grow your assigned market by developing strong partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage relationships with:
- Distributors
- EPC contractors
- Solar installers
- System integrators
- Developers
- Key commercial and industrial customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the residential and C&I energy storage sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with BSLBATT's technical and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Represent BSLBATT at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM tools.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in renewable energy, solar PV, energy storage, electrical equipment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within the local solar or energy market is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.

- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Solar PV solutions
- Inverters
- EV charging solutions
- Technical understanding of residential and/or commercial energy storage systems.
- Additional local language skills.
