Overview

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.

The Story: Leading the Developer Experience (DevEx) Revolution

The industry is shifting. It’s no longer enough to just provide tools; the world’s most innovative companies are now focused on Developer Experience (DevEx) - the art of removing friction from the software development lifecycle to unlock engineering velocity.

At Atlassian, we are building the definitive DevEx Platform. We are moving beyond fragmented DevOps "collections" to a unified experience that empowers developers to spend less time on "toil" and more time on high-impact code. As a leader in this space, you will be at the center of this transformation, helping the largest enterprises in EMEA redefine how their engineering organizations thrive.

Responsibilities

Your future team

  • Oversee a specialized team dedicated to driving the Atlassian Developer Experience to our most strategic Enterprise customers.
  • Implement customized sales strategies, foster long-term, value-based relationships with key accounts, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Partners, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to refine sales procedures and elevate the customer journey.

Why join this team?

  • Build the EMEA Powerhouse: You aren't just inheriting a team; you are scaling it. Starting with three direct reports and growing to five by year-end, you will have the autonomy to hire your own talent and shape the operational framework for the entire EMEA region.
  • The "Best of Both Worlds": Enjoy the stability and brand equity of Atlassian while operating with the speed and "founder-mentality" of a specialized startup unit.
  • Lead from the Front: We are looking for a "Player-Coach"—a leader who has been a top-tier sales performer and knows how to coach a team through complex, high-stakes enterprise negotiations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
