The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially focused Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the East of England territory and drive profitable, sustainable growth across an established customer base while developing new business opportunities.
This role is far more than a traditional field sales position. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing your regional growth strategy
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Strengthening relationships with key customers and distributors
- Delivering measurable commercial results
Working closely with our leadership team, internal sales, marketing and technical specialists, you'll help shape the future direction of your region, using market insight, customer knowledge and commercial analysis to maximise opportunities and improve performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys thinking strategically, making commercially informed decisions and having genuine ownership of their territory.
About You
You're a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building long term relationships and delivering sustainable business growth.
Rather than simply chasing sales, you understand how to develop a territory strategically, identify profitable opportunities, analyse performance and make commercially sound decisions that benefit both your customers and your business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
