We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Equipment Sales Team to join our organization.

Your role

Your mission as a Regional Sales Manager, Equipment Sales Team, is to develop the business by focusing on the execution of the sales strategy, developing plans with each team member, and having a proactive sales management approach. You will develop and implement short- and long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies based on the interests and needs of customers. You will develop Equipment Sales revenues in the assigned region following Quincy targets and will report to the Vice President, Equipment Sales.

In this role you will

  • Help standardize sales process, procedures and metrics to drive sustainable sales pipeline development.
  • Follow up on well-defined KPIs and execute the action plans to drive results
  • Conduct geographical and potential analysis to identify where to focus efforts, running targeted marketing campaigns and using connectivity data & leads generated to further grow the business
  • Drive efficiency and implement sales strategies for all sales roles in the region
  • Prepare short and long-term forecasts and analysis in line with the position.
  • Work with the marketing team to successfully launch new products while maintaining and growing sales of existing products
  • Be a business renewal champion, working to increase customer retention and capturing new machines
  • Coach, train, and motivate sales team members to further develop them in their current and future roles
  • Develop and assign sales targets following the business growth targets
  • Report on business results, trends and competitive analysis, actively acting to improve the business in line with set targets
  • Control overall expenses while maximizing company assets and human resources following the company business plan.
  • Contribute significantly to the market business development strategy to achieve the Company's ambition to dramatically grow market share and market reach in the region, with a strong focus on key account development.
  • Represent the company at regional trade associations, shows and conferences.
  • Coordinate regional sales meetings to provide product and skills training, goal setting, and motivation.

To succeed, you need

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.
  • Years of relevant experience in the industrial compressor industry, preferred.
  • 3 years managing and leading teams as well as implementing and executing plans to achieve desired results.
  • Be willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of our products, systems and the company's market and operation.
  • Be able to cope with large sums of information and to create, in collaboration with a multi-layered organization, well-defined plans, which will be easily communicated and implemented.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at any level inside and outside of the organization.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerBI, CRM and email
  • You can travel as required.
