Regional Sales Manager for UK
Sales Manager – Enterprise Storage Solutions
Location: At Infinidat (Hybrid/On-site role with significant travel) Team: Sales – Lenovo Company

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue by identifying, supporting, and closing high-value enterprise accounts in storage, Cyber Security, and data centre/virtualisation sectors. This role will focus on developing new business, managing key relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a high-impact, results-driven position where sales pragmatic combines technical expertise with consultative selling. You’ll need to understand and articulate the business value of Infinidat’s solutions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Execution:
- Identify and pursue measurable sales pipelines using the MEDDPICC sales methodology and Infinidat’s strategic frameworks.
- Target, engage, and execute high-value sales opportunities with ** besar- & CxO-level decision-makers**.
- Convert requests for proposals (RFPs) into successful deals through compelling, tailored proposals.

Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across potential (prospecting) and existing customer organisations (account management).
- Manage ongoing customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction, expansion, and client retention.
- Build and negotiate technical and commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Proposition & Consultative Sales:
- Develop and present data-backed business cases demonstrating how Infinidat’s storage solutions drive cost savings, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders across an organisation—from C-level executives to engineering and operations teams—to address their expertise.

Pipeline Development:
- Actively prospect and addict, using data-driven insights to identify new opportunities Enterprise accounts.
- Leverage industry knowledge (storage technologies, Cyber resilience, virtualisation) to differentiate Infinidat’s approach.

Collaborative Execution:
- Work closely with Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development to align sales with technical and product strategies.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum of 10 years of direct enterprise sales experience in storage, Cyber Security, and data centre/virtualisation markets.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual sales targets of $5 million+ in IT solution sales.
- Strong start-up and large-client sales experience (both preferred).
- Deep technical acumen in Enterprise-level storage (including experiences with Fibre Channel, NFS, enterprise storage, and file-based systems).
- Hands-on experience selling high-end storage solutions to customers with complex well-developed needs.
- Demonstrated success in executing long sales cycles, closing deals with CxOs and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to apply consultative, solution-selling, and target account selling techniques.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with flexibility and resilience.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Salesforce.com with experience managing customized dashboards and reporting.
- Strong analytical sales skills and ability to assess, plan, and effective territories.
- Knack for creating persuasive pitches, handling objections, and conversational with all levels of the customer organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral & written), including presentation experience.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and accountability.
- Front-to-back data-driven decision-making.

Background & Knowledge
- Knowledge of GDPR, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber threat resilience solutions.
- Insight on competitive technologies (traditional storage systems, hyperconverged, cloud-scale architectures).
- Operator’s and pre-sales systems engineer familiarity is a support advantage.
