Regional Sales Manager for UK

About the Role

The Sales Manager partners with named/key accounts to provide tailored product solutions, drive new business, and secure long-term satisfaction—ensuring strong relationships that grow with our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and close high-value sales opportunities using the MEDDPICC methodology and strategic frameworks
  • Prospect and build a strong business pipeline for enterprise storage, cybersecurity, and data centre solutions
  • Respond to RFPs with actionable proposals
  • Craft and present targeted customer solutions, positioning Infinidat’s storage as the best fit for business objectives
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives, IT stakeholders, and operational leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technical expertise with customer pain points
  • Build and justify business cases that demonstrate IT’s ability to drive measurable value for clients

Requirements

Core Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years in direct enterprise sales for storage, cybersecurity, or data centre/virtualization solutions
  • Proven ability to exceed annual quotas (minimum $5M+), with a portfolio of commercial references
  • Technical expertise in selling Infinidat products, including enterprise storage architectures (tested as a competitive differentiator)
  • Strong experience in complex CxO-level sales cycles, solution selling, and consultative methodologies (e.g., target account selling)
  • Expertise in file-based storage systems (e.g., Fibre Channel, NFS)
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions across all org levels—from C-suite to engineering
  • Salesforce.com proficiency essential

Industry Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of enterprise storage, backup, and cyber-resilience ecosystems
  • Competitive mindset with proven track record in new account penetration
