Regional Sales Manager
Sales Manager

The Sales Manager works with named and large key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, plan using MEDDPICC sales methodology and frameworks, and execute sales opportunities
- Prospect and develop a business development pipeline
- Respond to customer RFPs
- Develop and present customer proposals
- Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders within potential customer organizations
- Manage current customer relationships using exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and technical skills for success
- Build business cases that demonstrate the value of INFINIDAT solutions by aligning with customer business objectives and goals
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum of 10 years direct Enterprise selling experience in storage, Cyber Security, and Data Centre/virtualization solutions
- Consistent track record of exceeding quotations of $5 million and driving referenceable business in IT
- Start-up experience is an advantage
- Strong technical proficiency to effectively sell INFINIDAT products and services
- Experience successfully executing complex sales cycles with CxOs
- Proven ability in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques
- Aptitude for understanding how tech products solve business problems and navigating the competitive landscape
- Ability to communicate with all organizational levels (C-suite to engineering and operations) about challenges and INFINIDAT’s data management storage solutions
- Proven track record of penetrating accounts, obtaining decision-makers’ trust, and closing deals
- Capable of independently assessing, planning, and managing territories for optimal revenue and operational scalability
