Job Description
I am looking for a Player / Manager ideally based in the South but we are open to other well connected English areas, to work within an international business selling medical equipment and equipment based devices. (none invasive) and managing a national team of BDMs focused on NHS Sales.
The product is technical in nature, has market leading features and benefits. This is a growing business and the role represents investment for further expansion.
Whilst NHS systems and process knowledge is required the role is also focused into Private Healthcare, Private Hospitals, Community, MOD, Mental Health, Prisons, distributors and OEMs. As such experience in some of these areas is ideal. We are really looking for the commercial acumen to know where to hunt new opportunities that are large enough to be exciting commercially.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
