We’re looking for a Flat Roofing Regional Manager to join our Building Envelope team - Remote

About Building Envelope

Following the continued success of Sika Roofing (Part of the Building Envelope Business Unit), we are looking to expand our leadership team to support our ongoing strategy and the outstanding results achieved over the past three years.

During this period, we have delivered significant growth across the North of the UK despite operating within a relatively flat market. To build on this success and support our future ambitions, we are recruiting a Regional Manager for the North East & Yorkshire region.

Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of five Area Technical Managers, driving continued growth, customer engagement and commercial success across the North East & Yorkshire region.

Qualifications

The Skills:

What Do We Need from You?

  • Flexibility
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Previous people management experience
  • Based within, or willing to relocate to, the North East & Yorkshire region
