Regional Sales Manager (North)– Agricultural Machinery
North of England & Scotland
up to £48,000 Salary DOE + Company Vehicle + Commission + Benefits
Pertemps are partnering with a leading global manufacturer of agricultural machinery to recruit a UK Sales Manager covering Northern England and Scotland.
With annual revenues exceeding $1.6 billion and a strong international reputation for innovation, quality and customer service, our client is continuing to invest in strategic growth across the UK market.
This is a strategically important position to play a significant role in driving sales performance and strengthening market presence across a well-established territory.
This field-based position will focus on managing and developing an existing network of dealers, customers and end users, whilst identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the dealer network.
The Role
As UK Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive sales growth across Scotland and Northern England.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers, key accounts and end users.
- Manage and reactivate lapsed accounts whilst identifying new business opportunities.
- Support dealer development in line with company objectives and growth plans.
- Provide product, technical and commercial support to customers and partners.
- Deliver market intelligence and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, demonstrations and industry events.

About You
We are looking for a motivated and commercially astute sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys building long-term business relationships.
You will have:
- Proven B2B sales experience within the agricultural, agricultural machinery, farming, construction equipment, plant machinery or related sectors.
- A strong track record of developing and managing customer relationships, ideally through dealerships.
- Excellent commercial awareness and territory management skills.
- The ability to sell on value rather than price.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to wider business objectives.
- A willingness to travel extensively across Northern England and Scotland.
- Full driving licence
