You will be developing both over-the-counter (OTC) sales and larger ventilation project opportunities. You’ll work closely with distributor partners, ensuring they are equipped with the right products, promotions, and point-of-sale materials to drive growth.
You’ll also benefit from ongoing technical training and development, equipping you with the knowledge needed to succeed in a specialist, growing market.

What you’ll be doing
- Developing and growing distributor accounts across OTC products and ventilation projects
- Driving sales through promotional activity and ensuring up-to-date point-of-sale materials are in place
- Identifying new distribution channels and growth opportunities within your region
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including wholesalers, contractors, and developers
- Achieving annual sales targets and maintaining a clear view of performance against objectives
- Attending site visits and supporting customers with technical solutions
- Delivering tailored sales strategies across different product groups
- Supporting and attending customer events such as trade days and breakfast mornings
- Implementing market communication campaigns to support market share growth
- Producing accurate monthly reports on sales performance and market development
- Collaborating with Head Office and internal teams to ensure excellent customer support
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, and account management (1–3 years’ desirable)
- Experience within electrical wholesale or a technical/manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Ability to understand technical products and provide suitable customer solutions
- Track record of working towards and achieving sales targets
- Territory management and structured account planning
- Commercial awareness, including tracking and forecasting performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management ability
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
