Sales Manager – Cybersecurity (Hunter Role)
About the Role
Radware is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager (Hunter) to join our fast-growing APJ team. This role is ideal for an experienced and driven sales professional who thrives on winning new enterprise business and building long-term customer success in the cybersecurity domain. The Sales Manager will be under the partner employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities within cloud, application, and infrastructure security.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and market engagement.
- Collaborate closely with presales, marketing, and channel teams to accelerate deal closure.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or networking solutions.
- Proven track record in hunting and closing new business in competitive environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Stable employment history demonstrating commitment, resilience, and performance.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
