Regional Sales Manager - (Red Bull Grocery) - Central England
Role: Regional Sales Manager Location: Northampton, Central England (Territory covering: Uxbridge, Didcot, Northampton, Warwick, Solihull, Reading, Whitney, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Slough) Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (with 20% discretionary bonus), company car & fuel card Contract: Permanent Full Time
About the Role
As the Regional Sales Manager for Red Bull at Acosta Europe, you’ll lead a high-performing team of 10 Strikers, shaping and executing in-store sales strategies in the grocery channel across Central England. This is a leadership opportunity focused on performance, innovation, and growth, ensuring the region excels in delivering Red Bull’s category sales plans while fostering strong retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 10 to meet and exceed regional sales KPIs
- Execute Red Bull’s grocery sales plans with outstanding field performance
- Conduct team performance appraisals, development days, and field visits
- Collaborate with Red Bull and Acosta stakeholders to align strategy and execution
- Analyse KPIs and field data to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing Strikers, ensuring minimal disruption
- Oversee regional budgets, costs, and resource allocation for efficiency
- Contribute actionable insights to drive innovation and new business opportunities
- Extensive travel across the assigned region is required

Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG, retail, or field sales management, with a track record of leading teams to exceed targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills with credibility in both internal and client-facing environments
- Confidence in performance management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial analysis
- Ability to analyze and adapt sales plans based on data-driven insights
- Fully UK driving licence (travel is mandatory)
- IT proficiency: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
