The priority for this hire is sales growth. You'll be identifying opportunities, securing listings, increasing market penetration and creating demand with end-users throughout the Foodservice sector. This is a role for somebody who enjoys the pursuit, thrives on commercial wins and takes pride in converting prospects into long-term customers.

What’s the role?

  • Owning and growing the Scotland market, driving both new business and existing accounts within Foodservice.
  • 60% new business and 40% account management focus: opening doors, pitching, converting, and growing distribution.
  • Driving performance across foodservice and wholesale partners.
  • Targeting end-users to increase the rate of sale and broaden product reach.
  • Using your industry contacts to make an immediate impact.

What they need

  • Demonstrable success working within Foodservice wholesalers.
  • Evidence of consistently securing new accounts and delivering commercial growth.
  • Self-motivated approach with a proactive business development mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for the food industry and strong market awareness.
  • Residence within commuting distance of the Glasgow/Edinburgh corridor.
