Location: South East - Field Based Role
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Basic annual salary of £55k + Uncapped commission structure
Main Responsibilities
- Increasing Quickslide's market share across the South East by securing business and pursuing new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Building strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Showcasing our products and helping customers understand the value they can bring to their business. Excellent presentation skills are key.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets. If you're motivated by results, enjoy a challenge, and take pride in your work, you'll thrive in this role.
- Managing your pipeline and planning your sales approach effectively. Stay organised, and make sure you’re always in the right place at the right time.
- Working closely with our internal teams, including order processing, transport, and marketing, to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

At Quickslide, we're looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to accelerate our growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our presence across the South East of England. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong sales instincts with the drive and determination to consistently exceed targets. For more than 20 years, Quickslide has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and service, becoming one of the UK's leading manufacturers of uPVC sliding sash windows and fenestration products. Now, we're investing in growth and looking for an outstanding sales professional who can identify opportunities, win new business, and develop valuable long-term customer relationships.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications And Experience Include
- Has a strong background in field sales. Experience in the window and door industry is a bonus, but attitude and sales ability matter most.
- Enjoys meeting people and building genuine relationships.
- Knows how to spot an opportunity, ask the right questions, and win new business.
- Can work independently and take ownership of their area.
- Doesn't get discouraged by setbacks and keeps pushing for results.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and enjoys being out on the road meeting customers.
