As Regional Sales Manager for our Sports Medicine business across the South UK, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, influence strategic growth, and create an environment where people and performance thrive.

We're looking for an inspiring leader who can build a winning culture, develop exceptional talent, and consistently deliver outstanding commercial results.

The Role

Lead and Inspire a High Performing Team

  • You will inspire, coach and empower a team of 9 Sales Representatives to reach their full potential.
  • Create an engaging, inclusive and high-performance culture where individuals are motivated to succeed
  • Coach, develop and challenge team members through meaningful performance conversations and development planning
  • Foster accountability, ownership and continuous improvement across the region
  • Identify and develop future leaders while building a strong succession pipeline
  • Attract, recruit and retain exceptional talent that strengthens our team and culture

Deliver Commercial Performance

  • You will take ownership of regional performance and execute strategies that accelerate growth and expand market share.
  • Deliver sustainable sales growth and consistently exceed business objectives
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities and effective execution plans
  • Build robust territory plans, maintain a healthy pipeline and drive forecasting excellence
  • Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and commercial effectiveness
  • Leverage Stryker's best-in-class training, tools, analytics and support functions to optimise performance

Champion a Winning Culture

  • As a leader within the UK Endoscopy business, you will help shape the culture that makes Stryker a great place to work.
  • Lead with integrity, accountability and a people-first mindset

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Service, Pricing, Contracts, Clinical and Education teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Contribute positively to the wider leadership team and business strategy

Put Customers at the Centre

  • Support the team in developing trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Lead strategic conversions, major commercial opportunities and product launches
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and clinical leaders across the region
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience

What You Will Bring

We are looking for a commercially minded, people-focused leader who is passionate about developing others and delivering results.

  • A proven track record of commercial success and sales leadership
  • Experience leading high-performing teams within medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry, or a top-performing senior sales professional ready to step into leadership
  • A demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop talent
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action
  • A growth mindset and passion for building winning teams
  • Resilience, courage and the ability to make difficult decisions while maintaining high standards
  • Ambition to grow your career within a global market-leading healthcare company
