About The Role:
Protecting Those Who Protect Us
As adversaries increasingly target the UK's critical national infrastructure and defence capabilities, CrowdStrike stands at the forefront of defending our nation's most sensitive operations. We're seeking an exceptional sales leader who can deliver mission critical capability into UK Defence and National Security.

This role demands someone who understands the unique challenges outlined in the UK Government Cyber Action Plan, the imperatives of the Strategic Defence and Security Review, and the investment priorities within the Defence Investment Plan. You'll translate these national priorities into tangible security outcomes using CrowdStrike's battle tested capabilities.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Account Leadership
- Own and expand relationships within 10-15 strategic Defence and National Security accounts, including MOD, Intelligence agencies, CNI.
- Build multi-year account strategies aligned to departmental cyber roadmaps, capability development programmes, and procurement cycles
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments including SROs, CISOs, CTOs, and military leadership up to 2*/equivalent grade

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
