Regional Sales Manager UK & Ireland (f/m/d)
INTRO
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive market expansion across the UK and Ireland through partner development and direct sales, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities into additional EMEA countries over time. The position covers the full Proceq product portfolio, with a strong strategic and technical focus on Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) solutions, supporting infrastructure, inspection, and asset integrity markets. This is a field-oriented role, requiring close engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and up to 50% travel.
The ideal candidate is a technically credible, commercially driven sales professional who thrives in consultative, solution-led selling and is comfortable in selling complex, high-value technical equipment into professional markets where trust, expertise, and long-term relationships matter more than transactional volume. The Regional Sales Manager combines strong sales instinct with the curiosity and discipline to understand how technology works, how customers use it in the field, and how it delivers measurable value.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Achieving assigned sales targets in line with regional objectives
- Developing and executing sales and market development plans for the assigned territories
- Promoting and selling all Proceq product lines, with a strong focus on GPR solutions
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-up

- Partner Development:
- Supporting partners in customer engagement, tenders, and project development
- Ensuring partners can correctly position and represent Proceq solutions in the market
- Providing structured feedback on partner performance and market coverage
- Delivering sales and technical training to partner sales teams with the help of our solutions Consultant
- Technical & Commercial Support:
- Providing pre-sales technical support to customers and partners
- Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits
- Supporting Europe region activities when needed
- Able to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to engineers, asset owners, and specialists
- Sales & Marketing Contribution:
- Actively contributing to regional sales and marketing activities, including events, workshops, and seminars, customer visits and technical days, market awareness and solution positioning
- Collecting and sharing market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Team Contribution & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and regional colleagues
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regular reporting especially after travelling o
- Contribute to team objectives and regional strategy execution

WHAT DO WE EXPECT
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Geophysics, Electrical, or related) or equivalent proven experience selling similar solutions
- Experience in technical sales or regional business development
- Experience with NDT, GPR, Geospatial, inspection, or infrastructure technologies helpful
- Proven exposure to UK markets
- Fluency in English, any other language e.g. French is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently across multi-country regions
- Curious, coachable, and continuously learning
- Structured and organised, with strong CRM discipline
- Comfortable working independently in the field, yet highly collaborative
- Professional, credible, and confident when representing a premium technology brand
- Comfortable to travel up to 50% across assigned regions
