If you know how to win trust and business inside the NHS, and you're ready for a role where your commercial instincts directly shape a growing UK Medical division, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

MUST BE BASED IN NORTH ENGLAND

The Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of medical and laboratory appliances, known for combining innovative product design with a genuine commitment to quality and sustainability. They supply Distributors, Direct accounts and the NHS, and have built a reputation as trusted partners to the healthcare sector rather than just another vendor. This is a business that invests in its people and its products, and is now looking to strengthen its regional sales capability.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of SCOTLAND, managing and growing profitable sales, margin and commercial terms across Distributor, Direct and NHS accounts. You'll be equally focused on developing new business and nurturing existing relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers rather than simply chasing the next order.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
