Position Summary

The Field Performance Coach will drive B2B sales growth within a well-established automotive parts programme, focusing on selling original automotive components to garages. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing sales activities, promoting manufacturer initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Duties

  • B2B Sales is the primary focus of this role – planning, managing, and implementing sales activities.
  • Promoting and communicating manufacturer promotions.
  • Identifying new customers.
  • Preparing and using sales presentations to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • Growing the business user database to ensure long term growth of the business sales operations.
  • Ensuring high levels' of customer service to build customer loyalty.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Planning workload to maximise opportunities.

Experience required

  • Experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer, and have a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
  • A confident communicator, who will have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Have the drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively along with the ability to develop parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.
