Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for a Regional Service Sales Manager to join our Sales Leadership Team in the South Region
SALARY: Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE) OTE £90,000+

What You’ll be Doing As Regional Service Sales Manager
Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to exceed service contract targets. Sales Strategy - Build and execute regional plans to grow maintenance contract revenue across fire detection, suppression, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems. Mid‑Market Development - Strengthen relationships with commercial clients typically ranging from £2m up to £100m turnover. Pipeline Management - Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance oversight. Customer Engagement -Support key meetings, negotiate service agreements, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.

What We Would Like You To Bring
Proven success managing a field‑based sales team (ideally in fire, security, FM, or technical services.) Strong understanding of service contracts, compliance, and value‑based selling. A track record of consistent target achievement in the mid‑market B2B environment. Excellent communication, coaching, and commercial negotiation skills. A proactive leadership style with a focus on developing people and driving performance Full British Driving Licence
