ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Out of Home business delivers a comprehensive soft drinks solution for customers in leisure, catering, and hospitality. With a wide range of post-mix brands, frozen drinks, and coffee, we provide the right products for their customers.
The Regional Service Technician role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing drink dispensing equipment at customer sites, ensuring high-quality performances and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Service:
- Install new equipment.
- Perform planned maintenance on drink dispense systems.

Reactive Maintenance:
- Conduct second-line troubleshooting to resolve breakdowns.

Customer Support:
- Act as the face of Vimto Out of Home.
- Build strong customer relationships and quickly resolve issues.

Asset Management:
- Oversee equipment including surveys, installations, maintenance, and safe handling of returned units.

Compliance & Safety:
- Follow health & safety protocols, including COSHH, PPE, and working-at-height regulations.

Reporting:
- Log technical data, complete service documentation, and update CRM systems with equipment status updates.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Regional Technical Service experience, ideally within a fast-paced customer service environment—preferably in leisure or hospitality.
- Teamworking ability to meet customer service targets or team objectives.
- A strong understanding of the Out of Home market, products, and equipment—with experience in safe working systems and SOPs.
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships quickly across all levels, influencing key internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical literacy and comfort with IT & business systems.
