Regional Specification Manager
Specification Manager – GROHE Limited
Hybrid (Full-Time) – Surrey/Berkshire/Oxfordshire/North Hampshire/West London (Co hsfusital lives/rmoviet)

Do you have a career-defining edge in construction or KBB (Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom) specification sales? LIXIL EMENA is looking for a commercially astute Specification Manager to join our Projects UK team, championing GROHE’s global reputation in the UK’s built environment.
This role is ideal for an industry veteran with deep commercial & technical expertise, and the ability to drive specification-led growth in high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
Specify, Protect & Deliver Against Change
- Gain and safeguard specifications (architects, developers, installers, and contractors)
- Spy early opportunities in complex projects – from programming stages through multi-layered decision-making chains (PDS to final board agreement)
- Lead high-value client interactions while aligning teams across:
Key Sectors: Hospitality • Residential • A&D (Architecture & Design)
Target Territory: Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, North Hampshire & West London
Core Tasks & Impacts
Master Specification Dynamics (Across Pipeline Stages):
- Protect specifications through to order lock-in – ensuring navigated siloed agreements (OPC, spec-freeze, etc.)
- Leverage technical expertise and refined pitch skills to win over internal customers (architects, DEs, design teams, contractors)
- CRM management: Maintain Salesforce accuracy; log opportunities and activities below defined SLA-KPIs
- Refine project pipelines via ABI SpecsTracker tools and project drip reports

Community & Business Growth
- Partner with merchant accounts (partners EMENA) to "loose faultlines" – executing co-execution strategies, win-win scoping and merchant-center proliferations
- By selling to architects & design ledgers indirectly, migrating average project-level sales turnover
- Work with internal team resources (R&D,بعد sales, etc.) to coordinate brochure/co-op reveals during projects
- Feature at industry events, deliver CPD accredited programs, and represent GROHE’s brand ethos
- Construction-specific reporting – deliver pure monthly returns (ackn/pp, project rolls, specifications establishment summary)
Technical & Cultural Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- Robust track record in construction specification sales or project led KBB-sell environments – field, studio, trade, or spec office settings welcomed
- Focused expertise in New Build Residential or Hospitality commercial projects
- In-depth knowledge of bathroom fixtures/fittings products, technical specs and common test phases (planning, consents, detailed design)
Core Competencies
- Exceptional relationship manager: Ability to form long-term equity with complicated client & stakeholder chains (indirection ally and direct HDLs)
- Confident presenter – must comfortably deliver CPDs, trade expos, and vendor/investor updates
- Proven ability to multiply intentions over non-salesy killer environments (dash specs how → inside-out detailed KG)

Tech & Logistics
- Experience using: Salesforce (advantage),Specbird, ABI, Microsoft Teams/O365, and any project management tools
- Full UK Driver’s Licence preferred (expat-friendly)
