Regional Support Chef Manager – Gather & Gather

Location
Covering sites across:
- Berkshire
- Hampshire
- Sussex
- Surrey
- Southern London (surrounding areas)
(Mileage expenses covered)
Salary
£39,000 - £40,000 per annum
Working Pattern
Predominantly Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support across multiple sites, stepping in wherever needed (e.g., leading kitchens or assisting during busy periods).
- Demonstrate strong people management skills, motivating and supporting teams to deliver consistently high standards.
- Adapt quickly to different environments, remaining reactive and solutions-focused across varied challenges and demands.
- Manage time efficiently to balance priorities across multiple locations and operations.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, acting as a professional ambassador when required.
- Support diverse sites ranging from counter service operations to large-scale, high-volume production environments.
- Maintain and drive high food and service standards across all locations.
- Bring a strong understanding of food, innovation, and current trends to enhance menus and the customer experience.
- Champion and promote the Gather & Gather brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
