Salary: £35,984 min - £46,009 max (depending on experience and qualifications with regular pay reviews)

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Hanham is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Regional Support Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.
The position has great potential as you will also be supporting across a region, and the region expands across multiple settings within the Bristol area and opens up opportunities for future career progression.

About Our Nursery
Our bright and airy nursery features four spacious rooms—Discoverers, Explorers, Creators and Inventors—designed to support children at every stage of development. Each room is filled with natural light and high-quality, mostly natural resources to encourage learning and creativity.
We are proud of our highly trained and dedicated team, many of whom hold Level 5 qualifications in Early Years education. They are committed to continually improving our nursery and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all children.

Our expansive outdoor space includes two large grassed areas, with free-flow access all year round so children can explore and enjoy the outdoors in all weathers.
Location and Travel
Not far from Hanham Methodist Church, our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool is located in a picturesque eco village near Hanham Hall.
We are lucky to be surrounded by green spaces and local parks, all within walking distance. As we are located near the local high street and ring road, we are a great options for commuting families traveling by car.
We also have a café and gym next door for your convenience!
What Will You Be Doing
- Promoting high standards of quality within your base nursery, including the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children, while supporting other nurseries across your region
- Ensuring all children across the region receive rich, stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Managing all administrative duties associated with the nursery, including maintaining children’s records, ordering equipment, managing inventories, and keeping personnel records
- Supporting other Nursery Managers within the region with administrative tasks and providing guidance and advice where needed
- Facilitating inspections by regulatory bodies and implementing any recommendations within your base nursery and across the region
- Ensuring your base nursery remains compliant, including maintaining appropriate staff training and valid first aid qualifications
- Setting and delivering occupancy targets
- Recruiting, inducting, supporting, training, and appraising staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare across the region
- Ensuring all staff build and maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
- Acting in place of the Regional Manager when required, supporting all areas within the region your base nursery sits in
- Developing a strong and supportive working relationship with the Regional Manager and undertaking additional responsibilities as required to support them in their role
